In May, 2021, an Emergency Drought Declaration was passed by the Governor that included Stanislaus County. Residents throughout the Central Valley should be aware of resources and conservation measures to help manage one of our most precious natural resources, our water. This page provides a directory of helpful resources for residents to deal with the impacts of drought, including drought related issues, regional programs for well users and available funding for disadvantaged communities. Several local programs are available to support the water needs of residents.
